Rollertrol Motor

I just moved in to my house and the previous owner had RF blinds that he left, but I have no idea what brand they are... I am trying to add them to my home automation setup, but I need more information before I know what I need. In doing some research I stumbled across this site and noticed the picture on the main page shows the exact remote that my blinds have. It is listed on your site as the "RollerTrol™ 8 channel remote with wall mount holster". Is this a univeral remote or if I have this remote do I defientely have Rollertrol motors? Any advice would be appreciated so I know if the Vera setup will work for me.

Hi, thanks for your interest. We use a generic housing for our remotes that is manufactured by an OEM company, and it is unlikely that your motors are using the same RF protocol. If you can contact me by email with your address, I can search our records to see if we ever shipped any motors there.
