This 12 volt solar light sensor switch uses photocell to detect day and night lighting conditions and turn a 12v circuit on and off accordingly - perfect for anchor lights on a boat, or any other night time function such as fans, motors, ventilation hatches, etc. This product is also available as part of a marine anchor light kit.
